For Builders and General Contractors

A fire sprinkler sub who makes your life easier, not harder.

You need fire protection to stay on schedule, pass inspection the first time, and not create problems for the trades that come after. That’s exactly how Rain City operates.

Geoff Roach handles every project personally, from design through installation. One point of contact, no runaround. He started as a union apprentice and worked his way up to running jobs as a foreman on projects up to 100,000 sq ft. He knows how to work within a construction schedule because he’s spent years inside one.

What Builders Can Expect

01

Fast Turnaround

Send plans, get a quote within 48 hours. Design and permit drawings produced quickly so we're ready when your schedule says go.

02

Clean Work

Pipe shavings, ceiling tile dust, packaging. We clean up after ourselves. Your site is ready for the next trade when we leave.

03

First-Time Inspections

NICET Level 2 certified design means the system is built to code, not close to code. Fire marshal inspections pass the first time.

04

Schedule Coordination

We show up when we say we will and work around your other trades. Fire protection shouldn't be the thing that holds up the drywall crew.

05

One Point of Contact

You deal with Geoff. No dispatcher, no rotating crew leads, no phone tag with an office manager.

How We Work With Your Schedule

Here’s what a typical project looks like from your side:

You send us floor plans. We send back a quote. Once approved, we produce permit drawings and submit to the building department.

When framing is up and you’re ready for rough-in, we coordinate a date and show up. Rough-in takes 1–2 days for most single-family homes, less for units in a townhome project.

After drywall and paint, we come back for trim-out. Half a day, usually. We schedule the fire marshal inspection, walk it, and get you the sign-off.

For builders doing multiple projects or phased townhome developments, we offer volume pricing and scheduling priority. Same design, same crew, same result.

Let's set up a working relationship.

If you're a builder who regularly needs fire sprinkler subs on your projects, we'd like to be your go-to. Send us plans for your next project or give Geoff a call.
